Spinach and Artichoke Dip

(Serves 8)

8 oz. cream cheese

16 oz. sour cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese plus 1/2 cup to top dip

14 oz. chopped artichoke hearts

10 oz. frozen (drained, thawed, chopped) spinach

2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

1 tbsp. garlic

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together and place in an oven safe bowl. Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
